Biotin Quantitative Determination ELISA Kit, 96T

This ELISA kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate providedin this kit has been pre-coated with Biotin. During the reaction, Biotin in samples orStandard competes with a fixed amount of Biotin on the solid phase supporter for sites onthe Avidin-HRP specific to Biotin. Excess Avidin-HRP and unbound sample or standardare washed from the plate. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Theenzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the colorchange is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450±2 nm. Theconcentration of Biotin in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of thesamples to the standard curve.
