VitroGel® YIGSR High Concentration is a tunable, xeno-free (animal origin-free) hydrogel system modified with laminin-derived functional peptide (YIGSR). YIGSR sequence resides on the laminin |®1 chain, which involves endothelial cell adhesion, cell proliferation and motility/migration. VitroGel® YIGSR High Concentration comes with VitroGel® Dilution Solution (contains sucrose for best osmolarity) to adjust the final hydrogel strength from 10 to 4000 Pa.
